General information
Rob started in the theatre whilst studying for his A-levels (many years ago!). Beginning backstage, he became lighting designer for a number of student and amateur groups in and around Lancaster and its university.

Rob joined BATS for the production of ‘Hello, Dolly!’ in 2002. He has turned his hand to a number of interesting roles both on and off stage, one of the most responsible of which has been tending to the barbeque at the society’s summer bash! Some of his recent roles include the Pirate King in ‘Pirates of Penzance’, the title role in ‘Sweeney Todd’ (for BATS and Chelmsford Amateur Operatic and Dramatic Society) and the Baron in ‘Grand Hotel’ at the Ripon Operatic Summer School.
