General information
George was born and raised in Texas in the USA where he earned a music degree before moving to New York to earn a Masters in French horn performance. His first acting opportunity was with the Frankfurt Playhouse in Germany, when he filled in for the laryngitis-stricken actor playing Freddy Eynsford-Hill in My Fair Lady. Since moving to England, George has taken leading rôles in several theatres in the Southeast. Favourites include Rooster in Annie, The Baker and Cinderella's Prince in Into the Woods, Mr. Snow in Carousel, and The Dentist in Little Shop of Horrors. George currently lives in Southampton, where he has played roles ranging from Lord Evelyn Oakleigh in Anything Goes to the roller skating robot Ariel in Return to the Forbidden Planet. George was introduced to BATS in 2005, when he whipped himself nightly as the Judge in Sweeney Todd.
